  • Clothing: 2 pairs of thermal wear, 3-4 pairs of comfortable clothes, track pants/shorts for activities, swimwear/extra change of clothes for water sports.
  • Footwear: Sports shoes for adventure activities, floaters/sandals for the campsite.
  • Essentials: Personal medical kit, cap/hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent.
  • Toiletries: Toothbrush, paste, soap, shampoo, hand sanitizer.

         Kolad is easily accessible by road from major cities like Mumbai and Pune.

  • By Road: Private bus, hired taxi, or self-driven car. It's located on the Mumbai-Goa Highway (NH66).
  • By Train: The nearest major railway station is Kolad Railway Station (on the Konkan Railway route), from where local transport (auto-rickshaws/taxis) can be hired to reach the camp.

Best Time to Visit

The Monsoon And Winter Season ( July To October to February) is the best time for a kids' camp. The weather is cool and pleasant for outdoor activities (average temperature between 12^\circ\text{C} and 33^\circ\text{C}), making it ideal for camping and non-rafting water sports.
